WINEMAKING
Harvested September 6 to 11 from the vineyards of long-standing growers for Trius. Fermented on skins for 14 days to develop colour, flavour and structure. Aged for 8 months using 85% French oak and 15% American oak with a full malolactic fermentation.FLAVOUR PROFILE

Serve at a cool room temperature of 16º to 17 ºC. Drink young and fresh.
