WINE MAKING
Our Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from key vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula that provide perfect growing conditions for this varietal. A very gentle pressing, just enough to burst the skins, allows the free run juice to be separated from its skins. The juice is cool fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for pure fruit expression.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
Clear and bright with a fresh clean aroma of gooseberry, tropical fruit, white peach, and grapefruit. A light, fresh and lively Sauvignon Blanc. Refreshing flavours of melon, tropical fruit, and gooseberry dance on the palate. Zesty notes of grapefruit, white currant, lemongrass, and a touch of tropical fruit linger on the finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool 10 to 12ºC. Fabulous spring and summer refresher.
