Bright yellow gold colour with a pretty aroma of yellow apple, Meyer lemon, guava, and candied pineapple. This rich Icewine remains elegant on the palate due to the perfect balance of natural sweetness and bracing acidity. Flavours of sweet apple, pear juice, and tropical fruits excite the palate. Lovely notes of candied citrus, Bartlett pear, and custard linger endlessly on the finish.

WINE MAKING
br>Naturally frozen Riesling grapes are hand harvested from Niagara Peninsula vineyards at minus 12˚C. The Riesling grapes are pressed frozen, releasing only one drop of pure extract from each grape. Cool fermentation and stainless-steel aging enhance and brightens fruit concentration.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve chilled at 8 to 10ºC in small white wine glasses, 1 to 2 ounces per person.
Enjoy before a meal, chilled with your favourite vodka and a couple of frozen grapes for an amazing Icewine Martini. Make a wonderful Trius Icewine Royale by adding 1 ounce of Icewine to 4 ounces of Trius Brut sparkling wine.
Enjoy during a meal with rich pâté; spicy crab cakes; spicy Asian vegetable rolls.
